This spring, Scholastic will also release new paperback covers in a box set for the first three books of the series. If you have not yet read these books, please do, because I cannot wait to share the fourth book with you.

When I first heard about this (a couple days ago) I literally started hyperventilating and shaking! I have been waiting for this for so long and I thought it was over! I can’t wait to see Jaron and the whole gang again (especially Fink, he’s my favorite character). I can’t thank you enough for making me so happy!

I can’t- words. Words fail to describe how happy and overwhelmed I am right now. I sometimes even cry into my pillow because I thought I would never be able to read more about Jaron again. And it’s been two years since I have finished it. I have read the Ascendence Trilogy (QUADRILOGY now!) so many times and each time I find some word or line that surprises me and makes me laugh. Jaron is my dream character to be honest. I would die for him. I love Mott, Finn, Roden, Tobias, ahhh everyone. And who could forget the lovely, sweet Imogen. It’s my favorite series and I think that’s pretty obvious. I fell in love with the series from the first line. Ms. Nielson you have changed my life and for the better. Because I cannot imagine a world without knowing Jaron. Thank you so much. I am beyond grateful to you. I actually love you haha

For all those who say you were worried you would never be able to read about Jaron again, take my advice and re-read the series because i’ve read it like around twenty times and am still not sick of it!

I can’t believe it! Out of all your books the False prince is my absolute favorite, I was so disappointed when I finished The Shadow Throne because I wanted to hear more from the characters. The characters in these books are simply amazing I can’t wait to follow them through another journey.

This literally made my day!!!! I am SO excited and cannot wait until October 2020!!!!!!! I cannot believe there will be another addition to the Ascendance trilogy and I am so excited to get back into the world of Jaron and Imogen and everyone else that I have fallen in love with. The Ascendance trilogy is one of my all time favorite book series and this news literally just mad my entire day and week!!!!
One question. Will there be an audibook version available and will it be read by Charlie McWade like the other three? Also, I just read the article and it said at the end that there will be a fifth adventure as well. I don’t think I can explain how happy I am!! I loved the first three books when I was younger, but when I got older (don’t worry I still loved them), but I felt that Jaron seemed really young to be that clever and collected. Most 15 year olds I know could not pull off what he does, but now knowing that Jaron was about 17 at the end of The Shadow Throne and knowing he will be older in these books has me super excited because now he’s older and probably way cooler too. I’m just so excited I can’t hold it all in!!!!

I honestly don’t understand how no studios have even picked it up other than Paramount. No news on a False Prince movie at this time, I’m afraid. Hollywood can be a complicated place, but I think eventually, I think something will work out.

Jaron is the best, and I’ve dreamed of more books for so long… I’ve read the Ascendance Trilogy at least three times, and my dad is reading them to my six younger siblings (from age 12–3) at nap time and they, including dad, LOVE THEM. Oh my gosh!! I have to tell you, the Ascendance trilogy (or I guess not a trilogy anymore) is absolutely my favorite series ever. I’ve read it at least a million times but it’s still so good, and every time I read it it just gets better. I’m honestly not sure what to expect for the new book, but I will keep an open mind because I know who’s writing it, and if you could write such amazing books, I know this one will be good too. Jaron is literally my favorite person ever (even though he’s not real which kind of makes me want to cry) and I can’t wait to read more about him!!! I just found this!! This is so awesome! I have never really liked reading until I started reading this series. But now, I can’t put these books down! (No, like literally. First off I just want to say how random it was that i stumbled upon the 4th book on the app. No mere words could describe how excited I was. I thought it was done. I enjoyed every bit of it. But when I saw that purple cover…I lost it. I randomly started reading the series during middle school and only till my college years that I picked it up again but at the start via audiobook. I love your work and I love your choice of narrator for the series. I can’t believe there was news of this book being worked on under my nose throughout this whole year. I just got finished with my semester and now I have something to savorly listen to. Thank you so much. I’m just really lost for words right now and it’s like the middle of the night.
