Hitting the List!!!

THE TRAITOR’S GAME hit the New York Times List!!!

That is such a big deal and YOU made it happen!

If you bought a book, left a review, told a friend about it, or requested a copy in your library, then you made a difference. My infinite thanks to each of you.

Endless gratitude as well to the amazing people of Scholastic who worked tirelessly to help promote this book. My editor, Lisa Sandell, is the best of the best. But there are also the wunderkind people in Marketing, Publicity, Art Design, and so on.

Finally, if you haven’t yet seen the trailer for THE TRAITOR’S GAME, it was created entirely by my family. Please go check it out, it’s phenomenal.

For those who might ask…

What did I do to celebrate? It was leftover night for the family and then we watched Jumanji together. Also, I broke out some dark chocolate!

But you’re celebrating today, right? Yes, if catching up on laundry and working on my next book counts as celebrating.

When does Book 2 come out? Um…early 2019. Sorry, but it’ll be worth the wait!

If you haven’t yet got your copy of THE TRAITOR’S GAME, will you consider doing so?

Thanks, Mohammed! And it’s just as valuable if you request a copy at your local library – you can read the book that way!

bBy the way, do you know a rough number of the people who have bought the book?

I don’t know the number of books sold. I really only get an accounting of that twice a year, of the total sales activity for the previous six months.
