From Last Week…
Jaron and Aragorn: FRIENDS. Jaron would have enormous respect for Aragorn and for a fellow king. He would see a lot of himself in Aragorn and try to be more like him. Aragorn would be wildly frustrated with Jaron most of the time, but would see him as a younger version of himself.
Hermione: FRIENDS, SORT OF. They wouldn’t be frenemies, but it’d be a difficult friendship. Hermione would respect Jaron’s intelligence but hate his plans. Jaron would admire her quick-thinking but resent when she interferes with his ideas.
The White Witch and Wicked Witch: ENEMIES, and he would absolutely defeat them both, magic or not.
Inigo Montoya: FRIENDS. These two would have a great time together and learn a lot from each other.
Edward Cullen: ENEMIES. Jaron wouldn’t consider him a villain, but he wouldn’t trust him or want to be anywhere near him.
Robin Hood: FRIENDS. Unless Robin Hood tried to take anything from Jaron, or vice-versa, in which case that would change very quickly.
Éowyn: FRIENDS. They would respect each other and fight well alongside each other.
Tyrion Lannister: FRENEMIES. Neither would trust the other, but they would maintain a working relationship because they’d be dangerous enemies.
Percy Jackson and Jamie Fraser: FRIENDS, SORT OF. Both would want to be in charge of a plan, and both would be confident that they could defeat the other in battle.
Flynn Rider: FRIENDS. Oh the trouble these two would create together!
Katniss Everdeen: FRIENDS. They’d respect each other’s talents and fight well together, but probably not hang out on weekends.
Bilbo Baggins: FRIENDS, SORT OF. Jaron would never fully trust Bilbo, but he would like him.

The first one would probably be Nic, even though they would fully get along, they would protect each other as best they can.
The next one would probably be Simon. I feel like they just have a similar personality, but the relationship would end once they disagreed on something.
Next, I have to go with Trina. They would be very good frenemies but fight would fight together so strongly.
Definitely Fritz. Do I even have to explain this one?
Aurelia and Kestra, maybe even Ani as well, I can’t decide. Probably be closest with Aurelia.
Probably Fritz. Just makes sense.
Weevil. Fink and Weevil, wow. That would be crazy.

oh my goodness, these are so awesome! Okay, here’s what I think.
Jaron would trust Kestra with his life. Both are quick thinkers and i think they would get along well.
First of all, before I answer this one can I just say, I don’t think Imogen would date someone else if she and Jaron were on a break. She’d just be mad at him. Anyway, in answer to this one I think she would date Lukas. She would think he was funny and brave and kind.
I think if Roden were in a battle and Jaron or Mott couldn’t be there, he would want Ani. I believe Ani is a lot like Jaron. She is feisty and a total rule breaker. But she is also loyal to the core.
I think Tobias (if he could have a partner without driving them crazy) would choose Weevil. Weevil has very good knowledge of heeling plants and oils. Weevil is also a very caring person,, even to those who have done nothing nice to him. He would also help keep Tobias calm.
I think Amarinda would become besties with Esther almost immediately. Esther is quiet and sunny and i think that would draw Amarinda to her.
I don’t know that Mott would pic any of these people for Jaron to learn from. They’re all rubles in their own way and I think that Mott would try to keep Jaron from them. (Not that Jaron would listen)
I think Fink would gravitate to Nic. He is also quite young and reckless. I believe they would cause a considerable amount ofe. And Jaron would probably join in.
I think Chaya would fit in well
(Especially when Jaron had the explosives) as long as she had something to believe in, she would fight.

This sounds like fun. (Be prepared for a long one.) Here we go:
– I don’t think Jaron would like Trina or Gabe that well. Or Harlyn (that choice could be a bit biased, since I don’t really like her). Simon, Chaya and him would get along well. Kestra and him would get along, too, like brother and sister; annoying each other often, but fighting alongside one another till the end. (Well, not when she’s corrupted by magic, that is.) As far as fully trusting with his life goes, I might have to go with none of the above, since Jaron rarely trusts anyone FULLY with his life. (Mott and Imogen are one of the few exceptions.)
– Lukas! Or Simon, but that would only be if she wasn’t tired of men who are always winding up into trouble.
– Yitzchak and Chaya. Simon and Harlyn (Okay and maybe all the Coracks.) Ooohh, and Wynnow.
– Audra ???
– Esther
– I don’t really know.
– Not sure, but I could see him following Simon around, probably begging Simon to teach him how to use a sword, if Rodon wouldn’t.
– KESTRA!!!
I haven’t read the last three books listed, so my answers were kind of limited. But A NIGHT DIVIDED is on my TBR list for the fall, so I should say I haven’t read them YET. *big emphasis on yet*
Oops, for the first one I had misread the question. I thought “whether” was Which. So really I’m sticking with he rarely trusts people fully with his life.

1. Simon. Jaron would trust Simon with his life.
2. My first instict was to say Nic, because he is very similar to Jaron.
3. I honestly feel like Roden would want Aurelia by his side. (Also they would be a cool ship. They would be so cute together!)
4. Crispus. Tobias and him would get along so well!
5. Crispus again, and I know that “besties” seems more like it would be a girl, but honestly, a lot of the girls wouldn’t really be friends with Amarinda I think.
6. Simon. Mott would want Jaron to be more careful with things like Simon. I feel like even though Jaron would trust Simon with his life, he wouldn’t ever truly be good friends with him, just because Simon can be very serious and thinks through things carefully.
7. Nic, because he’s already a bit of a troublemaker, and he really loves and protects his sister (although she’s protecting him a lot of the time too…) so Nic would love Fink like a brother
8. And the last one goes to Chaya. I feel like she has what it takes to be a Ascender. (Okay, pause. Is that a thing? Woah. Can False Prince fans be called Ascenders now???? THAT’S SO COOL EVERYONE DO THIS!!!!!!)
Anyway, Chaya is adventurous, has a tiny bit of sass, has been through a lot of hard situations, and wants to make the world a better place. I feel like that’s what it takes to be an Ascender. (AGAIN! MAKE IT A THING PEOPLE!)

Nic – they’ve both been through a lot, and I think they would respect each other for that
The character who Imogen would love to date if she and Jaron were on a break:
Simon- He’s the complete opposite of Jaron, and I think if she was taking a break from Jaron, she’d appreciate that. Also, I love Simon.
The character Roden would want at his side when walking into any battle:
Kestra- Roden is very success-driven and I think he’d love to have Kestra’s magic on his side
The character Tobias might choose as his lab partner:
Trina- it’s not that she’s incredibly intellectual, I just think they’d be an interesting pair, because they can both be antagonistic to the storyline.
The character who would become quick besties with Amarinda:
Gabe – Again, not really sure why, Gabe’s just awesome and needs more credit. And I think they’d be annoyed with their crazy friends together.
The character Mott believes Jaron could learn the most from:
Basil – he’s a very composed royal at times, aka not Jaron
The character Fink would most love to get into trouble with:
Nic – I think Fink would admire him
The character who could fit into the Ascendance world perfectly:
Simon- I think he could very easily be a king of a country that has an alliance with Carthya
Ani would definitely fit into The Ascendance trilogy perfectly! I also think she and Jaron would be friends. I think Tobias and Weevil would get along well too!
Disclaimer: I read some of these (and didn’t read some out of business) a while ago, so these may be inaccurate or not inclusive, but I’m going for it anyway and doing the ones I see the most.
1. Ok, so I have this adorable image in my head of Simon and Jaron being best friends. I’m not sure why or why it’s so cute, but it’d be like a Boy Meets World Cory and Shawn type deal, where they just look out for one another and love each other even if they do “stupid” (stupid meaning adorable) things for girls (HAHA).
2. I think Roden would need someone with as much passion as him, so I’d say Kestra for this one. She has so much fire within her, and in a battle where you’re fighting something, a personality like that would be so sacrificial and just passionate that there’d be no limits.
3. There’s this happy image in my head of the Traitors Game characters and the Ascendence characters all being really close friends. I’ve imagined it quite a bit, and it just makes my heart happy.

A lot of these people are loyal to the bone but I think it would be Nic. I was going to say Kestra but since she’s just as mischievous as him he would never know if her saving his life plan involved nearly blowing him up first.

I don’t think Imogen would ever date anyone in place of him but I think she would try and make Jaron jealous, for that she needs a very hard person to match..so I think it would be Simon, he is rather charming.

I feel like either Lukas or Aurelia could work for this because they’re both level headed enough for it but also Aurelia could probably kick more butt so her.

Audra. She is a good learner and can be very patient, I think she got it from all that staking out business. And she would finally be able to rest her nerves.

Crispus, I mean just imagine it, I feel like they have so much in common. They both have a rich status but neither of them enjoy it very much, oh the dark humor that could arise between them..

I would say Greta but the only thing Jaron could pick up from her is perseverance and he has enough of that, so Chaya and Fritz could teach him a thing or two about patience. Though neither of them could vouch for teaching honesty.

Ani, I mean come on she lives in mischief, not as much as Jaron but still.
The character who could fit into the Ascendance world perfectly: __
Trina. She would fit in perfectly, another character always looking out of the corner of her eye and making those around her do the same. Also, there are so many avenues in the Ascendance world that Trina would finally find a place to fit in.
Ooooh, this is a fun one!
1. I think he’d trust Darrow with his life, just because Darrow is so trustworthy and dad-like
2. Simon, because it just works. Though Kestra wouldn’t be very happy…
3. Roden would go into battle with Simon since they are both such fierce soldiers

I so agree!! Especially with Darrow. He reminds me a little of Harlowe and Mott at the same time. He’s super loyal, a great teacher, and a great father. He and Jaron would have a really good relationship
1. Simon. Simon and Jaron are very different, but they share a deep connection with those they love and desire to protect.
2. Crispus. Crispus is practically Jaron’s opposite, but I think it would give Imogen a much needed break from nearly being killed at every turn.
3. Nic. Rosen would want Nic by his side because of Nick’s unique abilities and quick wit.
4. Maybe…Ani?
5. Auriella. Those two have very similar personalities.
6. Simon. As a fellow ruler, he seems to have more control and thinks things through better. Mott we see him as a good example for Jaron.
7. Trina. I think these two would hit it off well and enjoy playing pranks on those who have wronged them.
8. Kestra. She has many abilities that would allow her to blend in to the Ascendance world. In fact, she constantly reminds me of Jaron.

I think Jaron would like Gerta, and I think he would trust her too. But I also think Ani and Jaron would like each other a LOT! Even though that would probably be dangerous to everyone around them since neither can stay out of trouble.

This one is hard, Imogen and Jaron are adorable together. Maybe Lukas? They would like each other.

Ok. Get ready for a really long post I’m pretty obsessed with these books
1. I think Nic. It’s kind of hard to tell if they would be friends or enemies because they have pretty similar personalities which could go both ways. In a duel though, I personally think Jaron would win, magic or not.
2. SIMON!! I could totally see him and Imogen together
3. Again, Nic. He’s a great fighter and I think that he and Roden would get along. Also Kestra and Simon.
4. Audra and Tobias could whip up some pretty crazy stuff together. (remember the smoke bombs????)
5. Aurelia! Though she and Amarinda come from very different backgrounds, I feel like they still have some similarities and would be great friends. Her and Imogen too.
6. Crispus. He’s pretty wise.
7. Ani. just imagine the chaos her and Fink could cause together.
6. Kestra all the way. There are so many moments while reading those books when I thought, “that seems like something Jaron would do!”
Audra too. Her and Jaron both come up with crazy and creative ways to get out of bad situations. And there’s those moments when other characters say, “You could have been killed!” and they both would answer, “But I wasn’t”
Ani and Weevil share a talent for escaping and there are plenty of times they could have used it in the Ascendance series.
Gerta and Chaya both have determination and passion that would be useful too.
If Aurelia was one of the archers that shot the flaming arrows in the Runaway King she would have so much fun, and she would have gotten out alive. She’s super smart.
I’m working on a funny comic about Flynn Rider and Jaron. It’s going to be great 🙂

It would be an absolute dream come true to see Jaron enter Middle Earth. In fact it would be too much. I love both worlds. Aragorn, Legolas, and Jaron are three of my very favorite characters. Also I think Imogen would be in love or at least be best friends with Frodo and Sam. I think Tobias and Hermione would work well together. And I think Roden would get incredibly along with Aragorn and maybe even love Éowyn. Legolas is just the best so everyone would be fascinated by him 😂❤️
Also Ani and Weevil are amazing and I think they would fit in perfectly. Bro, Jaron, Ani, and Fink would be insane 😂
