I absolutely can not wait for this book to release! I will never have enough of Jaron and his antics. I am very upset that this is the last book though. Are you planning to write more or, at least, hoping to?
PS. I am also a writer and I find it so hard to let go of my characters. I wish I could write about them forever. Do you ever struggle with this? When do you know that it’s time to let go of your character and write something else?

Yes, it’s always hard to let go of characters when the book is over. By then, they feel like a good friend, so it’s like I have to say goodbye and then look too make new friends!
Hi Brianna! I am a writer as well, and yes I have the same struggle. I find it time when I know their story has been told. They’ve found themselves, they know their true purpose, and you know they have great things coming for them. Letting go of our favorite characters is hard. I remember finishing the Scourge and being completely sad that it was over! But Ani Mell’s story had been told. And the exciting thing about letting go of our favorite characters is thinking of new ones! There is an end to every story, including ours. The question really is how will we tell our story?

This is so exciting!!! I can’t wait for this to come out! I’m a young reader who absolutely loves your books. I just finished The Captive Kingdom, and now I’m sad because I won’t be able to be immersed in their world anymore, but this series was amazing and it always kept me reading. I, like other people I’m sure, wish there was another one though so I could find out more about the devils scope and the Prozarians. I don’t expect it to happen, but I can dream! 🙂 I’m really excited for this one because I have a thing for medieval fantasy books, so I’m very happy that this one will fall into that category. Thank you for being an awesome author!

Ahhhh I’m so excited. I can’t wait. The Captive Kingdom…I ordered it a month after it released, but it was shipped somewhere else, and I just finally got another copy last month. I was kind of expecting it to be just mediocre, for some reason (I really don’t know why, ‘cause you’re a fantastic author) – maybe I just doubted that Jaron would be the same. I don’t know.
BUT HE WAS.
The Captive Kingdom was incredible. It was awesome. It was wonderful.

Imogen is already a noble, right? because she helped jaron in the false prince. then what is the role given to imogen’s family, the only one we know alive is her mother? did she become the landlord in tithio? because previously it seemed to be held by the Conner family? As far as I know, in the medieval era it was still feudalism. or was her family just sort of being helped financially? I hope my question makes sense 🙂 I’m sorry for my messy english 🙁
Imogen was given the title of a lady, making her a noble, but she has no land holdings still and no independent wealth. Only the title.
