I love to see what publishers abroad do with book covers that are meant to appeal to their readers. So this is the cover for Scholastic UK, where this paperback version of THE FALSE PRINCE will officially launch on June 7, 2012.
I love the way this cover plays with light and shadow, and I think so much of the story is perfectly communicated in the artwork.
If you want to see the Amazon UK description of the book (same as the U.S. version except for one added line), click here. Or if your best reading buddy lives somewhere in the UK, feel free to share the link with them through this tiny url: http://tinyurl.com/7heldao
I’ll share other covers when I get them! Until then, enjoy!

I made a list of fav speakers on my blog and you’re name is right near the top. I put a link to your blog and a quick blurb about your new book there as well. Good luck!

Thank you so much for the mention Sharron. You are awesome!
Hello, so this is 7 years in the future, however, I was wondering who did the UK book covers?? Also the model? I wasn’t sure how to picture Sage but it was a little different from the hooded figure.

I don’t actually know a thing about how the UK covers were made, Hannah – so sorry, because I agree with you, that they are fantastic! Not necessarily my vision of Sage either but they definitely captured his mood and attitude.
