Can’t wait! I have “The Traitor’s Game” and “The Ascendance Trilogy” audiobooks. I love how even in first person, you write it so the reader doesn’t know everything about a character’s identity or motives. It’s always a big “wow” when a secret is finally revealed and all of the little clues from earlier on in the book are explained. Can’t wait to see what this next book holds in store! P.s. I am so excited for number two. I love your books so much and you are my favorite author. Your style of writing is amazing. Ascendance trilogy is definitely my favorite books along with the traitors game. I also really enjoyed A Night Divided and The Mark of the Thief. I wish it was sooner but I understand it takes time. The cover is absolutely beautiful. I do have some questions though. In the traitors game what are the pellets and the disks like? How do they work and what do they look like? OMG!I love your books! I have read the following: The False Prince, The Runaway King, and the Shadow Throne; Mark of the Thief, Rise of the Wolf, and I just finished reading Wrath of the Storm! I have also read A Night Divided, The Traitor’s Game. I love the characters, and once you actually read most of them, I feel like most characters in different sets of books have the same characteristics! Like Aurelia (Mark of the Thief) is kind of like Imogen (The False Prince)! Sage (The False Prince) is cindy of like Nicholas Calva (Mark of the Theif). I’ve been sleeping late just because of your awesome page turners! I LOVE your books! You’ve went to my school 2 years before I was there, so I’m really disappointed you can’t come. Hello – I don’t know yet whether I’ll be on tour for Deceiver’s Heart, but I would love any excuse to get up to your area. For your sister, my advice is for her to start to read critically – with every book to ask herself what the author did well and what she would have done to change things. The better she gets at evaluating others’ writing, the better she will be at looking at her own writing.
